Linda Norris
Linda Norris is a museum and heritage consultant with a global track record of helping cultural institutions tell more inclusive, engaging stories. As founder of Creative Futures, LLC, she works with museums, historic sites, and communities to develop transformative interpretation, build capacity, and foster creativity.
From the U.S. to Ukraine and beyond, Linda has collaborated with institutions ranging from the National Gallery of Art to grassroots heritage sites. She is the co-author of Creativity in Museum Practice and has led major international initiatives through her work with the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience (2017-2025). Linda is also an adjunct instructor in the Johns Hopkins University Museum Studies and Cultural Heritage Programs, helping to shape future careers in the field.
Linda lives in the Catskill Mountains of New York State and during the pandemic, she drove every single road in her large county.

Braden Paynter
Braden Paynter connects people, places and stories so we can build stronger futures together. When hewas the Director of Methodology and Practice at the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience, Braden helped good ideas move around the world. His team provided training and coordination to hundreds of sites as they developed complex projects that built strong relationships and engaged people in their collective future. Before joining the Coalition, Braden worked with the National Park Service at the Frederick Douglass National Historic Site and at Old Sturbridge Village. Braden’s writing has focusedon making transformative connections and building civic engagement through historic sites, and the role of victims, survivors, and perpetrators in catalyzing positive change. He is the founder of Long Trail Consulting and lives in Midcoast Maine.

Stacey Garcia
Stacey Marie Garcia is a community builder and facilitator who creates experiences that foster learning, collaboration, and collective action. With a deep commitment to co-creation and equity, she helps make cultural institutions more inclusive, collaborative, and engaging.
Her international work has spanned museums, nonprofits, and foundations. At the International Coalition of Sites of Conscience, she led training with partners including California State Parks, Austin City Heritage Museums, Michigan History Center, and the Chinese Historical Society of America. While at the Community Foundation of Santa Cruz County, she designed trust-based, equity-driven grantmaking systems and founded the racial equity coalition, Rise Together. As Director of Community Engagement at the Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History, Stacey transformed the institution into a thriving community hub focused on co-creation, local relevance, social bridging, and creativity.
